A complete solution for your business
Every department and every process on one platform. Modules built specifically for furniture manufacturing natively handle product types such as tables, wardrobes, bookcases, TV units, coffee tables, sideboards, nightstands and chairs, along with color/finish and leg options, size-dependent bills of materials and modular product structures.
The sales team designs the product with the customer in the 3D configurator by size, color and leg type; the price is calculated instantly and turned into a quote or order with one click. As soon as the order is approved, the bill of materials, raw material requirements and production plan are generated automatically.
From order to shipment
Orders & quotes: customer orders, proforma invoices, automatic quotes and price lists. Planning: BOM, MRP, kanban, daily plan, Gantt and what-if simulation. Production: station-based tracking with job travelers and QR codes. Quality: inspection forms, scrap and deviation analysis. Shipping: delivery notes, labels and delivery tracking. Finance: customer accounts, invoicing, e-invoicing and cost analysis.
Each step uses the data from the previous one; nothing is entered twice, and Excel sheets and paper forms disappear.

How does an order flow through a furniture factory?
- Order and configuration: the sales team selects product type, size, color/finish and legs; the price is calculated instantly and becomes a quote or order
- BOM and requirements: once the order is approved, a size-based bill of materials (BOM) and raw material requirements (MRP) are generated; purchasing and external sourcing start for missing materials
- Planning: work orders land on the kanban board and daily plan, and the cutting list and panel layout (nesting) are prepared
- Production: a job traveler is printed and scanned via QR at every station; the stage of each order is visible in real time
- Semi-finished goods and warehouse: semi-finished goods from external suppliers and in-house production are received into the warehouse, and orders ready for assembly become visible
- Shipping: package labels and the delivery note are prepared; when the shipment is created, the order moves to "shipped" status
Which furniture manufacturers is it for?
Companies producing case goods (dining rooms, bedrooms, TV units, coffee tables, sideboards, nightstands), tables and chairs, modular and flat-pack products, bed bases, headboards and mattresses, and office and contract furniture. For any manufacturer with size-dependent BOMs, color/finish variants and packaged shipments, the product structure is defined in the system exactly as it is.
Off-the-shelf ERP or furniture-specific software?
- Off-the-shelf ERP: strong in accounting and stock; a furniture configurator, size-based BOMs, job travelers and station tracking usually come with extra modules, consulting and user licenses
- Furniture-specific software: your factory's product tree, station sequence and approval flow are coded exactly as they are; the source code and data belong to you, with no per-user licensing
- Both together: your existing accounting software (Logo, Mikro, Netsis, etc.) stays in place, production and shipping run in the furniture ERP, and data is transferred via API
6 questions to ask when choosing a furniture ERP
- Is the BOM generated automatically by size and variant?
- Can you see in real time which station an order is at?
- Are job travelers, package labels and delivery notes produced by the system?
- Can dealers enter orders themselves?
- Can it integrate with your existing accounting software?
- Is it running live in a real furniture factory?

Frequently asked questions
What is furniture ERP software?
It is enterprise software tailored to furniture product structures that manages a furniture manufacturer's orders, quotes, BOMs, production planning, stock, shipping, accounts and invoicing, and staff processes in a single database.
Why a furniture-specific ERP instead of a generic one?
Furniture involves size-dependent BOMs, color/finish variants, modular products, panel cutting (nesting) and production with job travelers; generic ERPs require extra development for these, while a furniture ERP has them built in.
Is there e-invoice integration?
Yes; the customer account, invoicing and delivery note modules work with e-invoice integration.
How is production tracked?
A job traveler is printed for each work order; QR codes are scanned at stations so you can see in real time which order is at which stage.
Which company uses it?
It is used live at Mobilesse Mobilya in Inegol OSB for order, production, stock and shipping processes.
Can it be adapted to our factory?
Yes; product types, BOMs, stations, pricing rules and approval flows are customized for your company after an on-site review of your facility.
What determines the price of a furniture ERP?
It depends on the modules used, the complexity of the product structure, the number of stations and the integrations. After the facility is reviewed, a written, module-based quote is provided; there is no per-user license fee.
Can we keep our accounting software?
Yes. Your accounting software such as Logo, Mikro or Netsis stays in place; order, production and shipping data is transferred via API.
Can dealers enter orders?
Yes. With the dealer ordering portal, dealers enter their own orders based on their price list; orders go straight into the production plan.
How is it rolled out?
Rollout proceeds module by module: first orders and stock, then production tracking and shipping. Each module is approved in a test environment before going live, and staff training is provided at your facility.
