How we get started
- Validate the idea (1 week): Interviews with target customers, competitor and pricing research; we sharpen the idea together in a free pre-analysis.
- Scope and design (1–2 weeks): MVP feature list, screen designs and technical architecture; written scope and quote.
- Build the MVP (MVP): Staged development with weekly demos and a test environment; the source code belongs to you.
- Pilot (2–4 weeks): Real use with the first customers, feedback and fixes.
- Launch and grow (ongoing): App Store and Google Play release, website and SEO, payments and subscriptions, new modules.
Timelines are estimates; they are fixed in a written quote once the scope is clear.
Frequently asked questions
Will my idea be stolen if I share it?
An NDA can be signed before we talk; your idea, your data and the source code of the software belong to you.
How do I know if my idea will work?
We first talk to target customers to confirm the problem is real, then build a small first version (MVP) with the most critical features and test it with real users.
I'm not technical. Can I still start?
Yes. I handle scope, design, development, launch and the technical work afterwards end to end; you focus on customers and sales.
What does 'ready platform' mean?
Some ideas are based on my live products. In that case the existing platform is adapted to your brand and needs instead of being written from scratch, which shortens time to market.
How long does the first version take?
It depends on scope; each idea page shows an estimated MVP timeline. The exact timeline is fixed in a written quote once the scope is clear.
