Appointments and intake
The appointment calendar works according to branch capacity; no appointments are given for fully booked slots. A vehicle arriving without an appointment becomes a work order through quick intake. When the plate and VIN are entered, the vehicle's past inspections appear; vehicle registration OCR captures the details without manual typing, and the customer's KVKK (Turkey's data protection law) consent is stored on the same card.
Work order and technician tracking

Cash desk, end of day and performance
Cash, card and bank transfer payments are linked to the work order; end-of-day cash, expenses and customer prepaid balance are tracked on the same screen. Card details are not stored. Managers follow revenue, package distribution, and branch and technician performance from their phone with day and month comparisons.
