The product barcode is scanned at the checkout, the sale is completed in seconds and stock is deducted instantly. The sales screen is kept simple so it stays fast during busy hours; returns and exchanges are handled from the same screen, and a returns report is tracked separately.
Each product record holds the purchase and sale price, tax rate and supplier details; new product entries and purchase records increase stock automatically. The size and color structure specific to apparel is set up to match the store's product layout.
Multi-store: separate stock per store, one management
Each branch's stock is kept separately; from headquarters, stock levels across all stores are visible in a single report. A product that runs out at one branch is sent from a branch that has it using the transfer module; the transfer record updates the stock of both branches together. Users and permissions are defined per branch.
Reports: see what sells and what doesn't
The home screen shows a monthly sales and purchase chart along with the month's best-selling products. Store stock levels, product alerts (critical stock), product, purchase, daily and monthly sales, returns and income-expense reports are available with a breakdown by sold-product tax and invoice tax. Quote preparation, customer and supplier records, a calendar and staff announcements are in the same system.
