Off-the-shelf or custom software?
Off-the-shelf software is cheap, but you have to adapt to it instead of the other way around; it has hundreds of menus you never use and lacks the one feature you need. Custom software only has the screens your business actually uses, staff pick it up easily, and new modules are added as your business grows.
Examples of software I've built: clothing store software, furniture factory ERP, phone inspection software, order and shipping panel.
Where does the software run?
If it will be used on a single office computer, a desktop program; if you need access from multiple branches or from home, a web program that opens in the browser; if it will be used in the field, a mobile app. For most businesses the most practical option is web-based software: no installation, opens from anywhere, and your data is backed up.

Frequently asked questions
How much does custom business software cost?
It depends on how many modules the program has, how many people will use it, and whether it needs to connect to other systems (accounting, e-invoicing, shipping). You get a firm price within 24 hours after our meeting.
How long does it take to build?
A small tracking program takes a few weeks; larger systems are delivered in stages over a few months, and you use each stage as we go.
Can my Excel data be imported?
Yes; your existing Excel lists (products, customers, inventory) are imported, so you don't have to enter everything from scratch.
Will it work with my accounting software?
If needed, it can be connected to e-invoicing, accounting and banking systems.
What if something breaks or I want changes?
Support and maintenance continue after delivery; new requests are added to the software.
