The airline's branded fares (e.g. Saver, ExtraFly, Business) are displayed with their baggage allowance, refund and change rules; the customer pays for the selected fare and the system books exactly that fare. Round-trip, child and infant prices are calculated from BiletBank's real pricing chain, so the cart total matches the amount charged via 3D Secure exactly.
3D Secure payment and real bank installments
Payment is taken from the customer's card via 3D Secure; if 3D verification fails, no ticket is issued. Installment options don't come from a static table but from the real bank installment and interest data BiletBank returns for that booking. Extra amounts such as service fees, agency commission, markup and ticket protection are included in the payment and collected in a single 3D transaction.
Agency panel: refunds, cancellations, commission, LTT
From the admin panel you manage bookings, tickets, refunds and cancellations (including cancelling unticketed bookings), commission and markup rules, price packages, SMS/email notifications and campaigns. The look-to-book (LTT) ratio enforced by consolidators is monitored, with a warning before you risk a penalty.
