Reports
Reports include warehouse/branch stock tables, best sellers, daily and monthly sales, sales, payments, profit and loss, purchases, customers (pharmacies), suppliers, staff, categories and VAT. The system overview screen charts cost and price distribution, product and order taxes, purchases and monthly sales; charts and tables can be saved as JPG, PNG and PDF.
Access from anywhere, online and offline
The software is web-based: you can monitor the warehouse from a computer, tablet or phone while on the road or on vacation. On the retail side, sales screens work online and offline, and data syncs once the connection is restored. Previously published project page: Mandalin Pharmaceutical Warehouse Automation B2B.

Frequently asked questions
What is pharmaceutical warehouse automation?
It is software that tracks drug and product stock by warehouse and branch, lets pharmacies order online, and manages expiry dates, transfers, returns, invoices and reports in a single system.
How do pharmacies place orders?
Each pharmacy is given a username and password for the B2B portal; the pharmacy sees current stock and prices and enters its order directly into the system.
Is e-invoicing supported?
Yes. Mandalin pharmaceutical warehouse automation supports e-invoicing.
How do I see products nearing expiry?
The product expiry alerts screen lists products approaching their expiry date, and the product quantity alerts list products that have fallen to critical stock.
Can İTS integration be added?
İTS and ÜTS notifications, DataMatrix code scanning and lot/serial tracking are added to the project according to the warehouse's needs.
We have more than one warehouse. Can they run in one system?
Yes. Warehouses and branches are managed in one system; you can transfer stock between them and assign users and managers to each warehouse.
